Screw on freewheel hubs dont have "speeds " they are just threaded ..

swapping around axle spacers will let you re center the hub more to the right .
which is De Dishing it, more balances tensions and spoke lengths on both sides .

want QR get a QR axle for the width of your frame .

A 10 x 1 axle is pretty common .. in hubs too.
