inRide pod (I have one - paid $70 for it with the HR strap) works great with TrainerRoad and the KK inRide app. Unfortunately none of those work with Android. It may generically work and give you speed/cadence and (uncalibrated) power with a generic cycling app that works with BLE sensors, but I'd give no guarantees honestly, as the inRide pod can be a bit finicky, so running it outside the normal parameters (i.e. with not approved software) is likely unadvisable.
The HR strap with the inRide is just a Wahoo BlueHR FYI.
