The font used for Champion Mondial would make it a '79 or '80 model ('79 & '80 catalogs are not available online but 78 had a different font and the '81 catalog shows cables routed through stops on the top tube for the semi race). The Champion Mondial Semi Race is a model that a kickstand and center pull brakes and the decals you have on your bike. My '86 Champion Mondial has the serial number and type of steel used stamped on the bottom of the bottom bracket. Maybe someone filled it in? The fade paint job is not from the factory. The person that painted this bike was not a skilled painter.
