Note, those pedals will have an Allen Wrench tension adjustment on the back.

If you're a "newbie", you may choose to make sure they are set as loose as possible, then tighten them up if you need to later.

Shimano sells a standard cleat and a "multirelease" cleat. The multirelease cleats are supposed to be easier to get out. I haven't tried them as I worried they would be easier for accidental releases, but they are also worth considering when just starting.
