I'm pretty sure my shimano shifters will not fit the simplex banded bosses. Not really afraid of the heli/the rims are not anodized-and are a lot of work to clean up. Since I have a drive train off a univega/I'd just as soon go sis (besides the wheels are anodized and prettier Got the winter to plkay with it. I may be back with more questions-Thanks all.
