That's the late 80s/early 90s version. It's cordura fabric. That also has that quick release system? Those should be findable- if they get separated from the mount they're about useless- so people unload them.

I have a few of the older style bags- they're super handy. As a C&V point... You can identify the old Cannondale bags from a great distance. When I see a bike coming with a Cannondale handlebar bag, I pay closer attention to the bike.
