Sorry to hear that SP. This is one of those "I wish I could go back in time and undo what I did", but of course you can't. Accidents like yours are one of the most common causes of injury and death. A neighbor of mine a few houses up the street was killed last year when he fell off a ladder while putting up Christmas lights.
