I'm kinda late to the thread, but I've been using Power Grips on my FG since I built it 4 years ago (about 5,000 miles now). I like them -- they retain my feet just fine, and I can wear regular shoes on this bike, which is nice in the winter. Bailing, if that is a concern, is also really easy.
