Hah! I can relate. A couple of weeks ago on trash night, I saw that someone down the street had put out three bicycle frames and a barrel full of forks, fenders, and bars, among other steel bits. I grabbed the frames, four forks (hoping that they'd match the frames), and two sets of fenders. I've fiddled with the frames a bit: one seems relatively well made and needed a stuck seat post and buggered crank arm removed (which I did), and it's my size. Another is a small Motobecane of some sort, and a third is a Univega Nuovo Sport that someone started to strip the paint from and then stopped:







I really didn't need the projects, but, then again, winter will be here soon.
