The drops have lots of skewer scars, but I see no evidence of branding. They aren't drilled for adjusters. Rear is 126mm.
For some reason it reminds me of a Bianchi, but I can't say why. Maybe the seat lug.
top tube cable holders are like Bianchi. Have the same ones on my 89 CDI
