wish i had more information for you besides my own experience with a similar issue. the first steel road bike i bought turned out to be an 80's Concord Pro II (with no e on the end). when i asked around in some forums, all i got was info for Concorde (with an e). turns out there are two companies with similar names. it is weird that the bike in question has both spellings in the decals. i'm sure some concorde fans would have more specific info, but have fun with the similar names.

fwiw, my understanding is that the concorde (with an e) was a pretty good bike. the concord (without an e) was pretty bottom of the line. figures i was scraping the bottom of the barrel as usual! have fun!
