Turns out I can barely make out a AGC marking on the first caliper pictured, so I guess you're right about Aero Gran Compe. I've actually got some random Dia Compe hoods that I pulled off a bike. They definitely didn't fit the levers they were on... Here's hoping they fit these.

Are most caliper springs universal? These have kind of rusted out.
