Also, shouldn't you have written "Those are two sentences" instead of "That's two sentences"?
I checked with my in-house expert and she agrees about the comma vs. the semi-colon but says my sentence is ok because it referred to one statement.

I can see that I shouldn't have strayed out of Addiction.
