I'm not too big into firm price cutoffs. I do have a plan for this bike, but anticipate the total build to come in close to $200 if I skimp on tires.

I could do a simple repaint and keep it under $100, but what fun is that?

Just hoping the rust doesn't chew all the way through the frame tubes.
