I'm a loud snorer. My wife uses ear plugs to block the sound and they have really make life bearable for her. Sleeps soundly through my loudest nights. I worry about security, because the ear plugs take her hearing out of our home defense equation.

Anyway, just the soft squishy ones that are sold in the industrial aisle of the home improvement store. Maybe these might help? Phil
