^sounds pretty annoying, do you think he did it intentionally?

reminds me of a similar thing that happened to me recently, some guy passed me and immediately tries to pull a whip skid but he's just swerving all over unable to lock it up. wasn't a big deal since I was able to get around him, but still annoying as I had to adjust my course to avoid him.
