Bikes: Rixe track bicycle, 1986 Schwinn Paramount, 1988 Schwinn Tempo, 1985 Schwinn Tempo, 1972 Raleigh SuperCourse

Can anyone tell me what frame size this is and what the scribbles in paint mean under the bottom bracket? Did they measure C-C or C-T? Thanks
