170s used 730 tubes and the "s/n" you have pictured is actually in referance to the bottom bracket made by tim issac so so 60tsi is a 60 degree bb shell made by tim s issac there should be another s/n on there that you can actually send in to trek and they will tell you exactly how the bike left the factory which components and so forth.
