No problem connecting the bottom of the rack to the front dropout. Received screws and an adapter but the screws didn't fit the top of the fork hole and perhaps not the adapter. I imagine I want a hex bolt for the fork hole and something similar for the adapter. Could maybe figure it out with a trip or two to a hardware store but maybe someone here has experience. The bike is a Men's Ross Mount Washington (mountain/road).
