We have "daddy long legs" that sometimes come into basements that are real long legged like that. Other indoor spiders are little brown jobbers that don't bite. I usually pick them up and deposit them outside. Just haven't seen any as long as in the photo.
They have extremely powerful venom, but their fangs are too short to pierce skin.
