None of the pics in either of those sites look at all like the grand-daddy long-legs we have on the east coast.
One of those sites had a like to the brown recluse spider, and the target site had a map showing its range as only southeastern US. An elderly woman living across the street from us received a spider bite which made her arm swell up, and it was diagnosed as from a brown recluse. We've known of other such reports too. Of course the diagnoses could have been wrong but if they werre correct then there are brown recluses living in the northeast too.
But then, I read those websites on the Internet so they must be true.
