Bikes: 1966 Dawes Double Blue, 1976 Raleigh Gran Sport, 1975 Raleigh Sprite 27, 1980 Univega Viva Sport, 1971 Gitane Tour de France, 1984 Lotus Classique, 1976 Motobecane Grand Record

I'm happy to be finishing the year minus a couple of bikes, though not necessarily happy with how it happened.

I crashed and wrecked my Fuji, which had been set up as a winter singlespeed. Once I'm healed up enough to do it, I'm going to convert my Univega Viva Sport to that role, and save the excess parts. That's an N-1

I also gave my Raleigh Sprite three-speed to a friend who will use it a a city bike in Portland (Maine, not Oregon.) It wasn't practical for the Vermont hills around here. Another N-1.

I scored a 1972 Gitane TdF frame, but that one is a wash, since I'm going to clean it up and move the components from my 71 TdF--which was always a little small for me--onto the larger frame. N+/-0.

So all in all, it was a good year--I'm down to 7 bikes, I think.
