My set up is really minimal. Low end Specialized MTB that I switched to some road tires that I had on another bike, old Cycleops rollers that I picked up on Craigslist. Set-up is in the basement between a wall and a support to reduce falls. I did spring for a Quadlock (It was 50% off because it's for an S4.) to mount my phone so that I can watch videos while I spin.

I get on the bike just about every day. It's one of the highlights of my day.
