I am guilty of anonymous drafting. I do it almost every ride I do solo (I don't race). I never announce my self unless I'm going to pass. I never pursue a rider for such an opportunity, nor closely "suck their wheel" or stay on for more than a few minutes. I keenly watch the body language of my hosts and always act accordingly, and that is all I expect of anyone who wants to draft me; so far it's never been an issue.
