Believe it or not, I'm going to tip the saddle up even more. It's probably too narrow for upright handlebars, but I'll try that before swapping it. This morning, there was too much pressure on my sit bones and hardly any on my pubic bone.

The tires are 35mm wide. The crankset is Campagnolo Super Record from the early 80s.
