I don't recall much difference while riding except that I do notice the first couple of rides after refreshing my wet lube. There is something about that first ride on a freshly relubed chain.

I go with wet lube because I'm pretty awful about remembering to lube and I don't like to be bothered with it. The wet lube I use is pretty forgiving in longevity department. Plus I like the name of the product. LOL.
