Bikes: Catrike 559 I own some others but they don't get ridden very much.

Lots of information around on chain lubes. You can research them until you get tired. What you will find out is there are experienced riders who have very strongly held preferences for conflicting chain maintenance practices. I assume that if they felt they were getting bad results they would change. That tells me there is probably less performance difference than is commonly supposed.

Personally, I'll use anything that is marketed as a commercial bike chain lube. Currently I'm using a product called Chain-L because it is sold by a Bike Forums poster who I respect.
