Gents,

Can you ID this frame? http://chicago.craigslist.org/nch/bik/5426419886.html

Headbadge 1038, BB Stamp A879007. Looks more '88 that '78.

No brake cable guides, but bottle braze-ons. I recognize the lugs, but flat crown on the fork? Confused.
