Schwinn Frame ID

Gents,

Can you ID this frame? https://chicago.craigslist.org/nch/bik/5426419886.html

Headbadge 1038, BB Stamp A879007. Looks more '88 that '78.

No brake cable guides, but bottle braze-ons. I recognize the lugs, but flat crown on the fork? Confused.

Grazie

Bikes: Fillet-brazed Schwinns

It is an '88 for sure, probably a LeTour: Schwinn 1988 Lightweight Bicycles -- Voyageur / Le Tour / Traveler / World Sport

Unfortunately it has been repainted with some components changed.
