My first Italian frame was an Olmo that looked exactly like yours. It had Columbus Matrix tubing stickers-- Matrix was later renamed Cromor. I was told it was a "Ligure" model. It rode very nicely but was a bit too small for me.
The Ligure was from the same period but all the samples I've seen were Columbus Matrix/Cromor with Galli Criterium components, not Campagnolo Victory.
