i'm upgrading my wife's CX crank from the fsa gossamer crank to the force22.

i noticed the fsa gossamer crank on there does not have the self extracting system. plus it's on a bb30, so it's through and through.. so i won't be able to use a long rod to insert inside and using the crank puller to leverage off of it to push it out.

any other way to remove it?
