I haven't kept up with every episode of Hypnotoad Build so help me understand - the posts on the fork are used as rack mounts while the chainstay posts are just kinda dangling out there so...

Are there discs hidden behind the hub and cassette? Can that even be possible because of the width of the dropouts? Do I see a cable going down the NDS fork? Are the brakes in the hubs?

I guess what I'm asking is, how does that thing stop?
