I am replacing the rapidfire shifters on my trail bike with Microshift SL-M10 thumb shifters (carpal tunnel problems). The rapidfires had a cable adjuster built into the shifter and the thumb shifters do not. What is a good place for an adjuster and what adjuster would you recommend?
