MicroShift SL-M10 thumb shifter cable adjusters?

I am replacing the rapidfire shifters on my trail bike with Microshift SL-M10 thumb shifters (carpal tunnel problems). The rapidfires had a cable adjuster built into the shifter and the thumb shifters do not. What is a good place for an adjuster and what adjuster would you recommend?

I believe hese are friction shifters, so the need for a cable adjuster is much reduced / not necessary (pick one) compared to an indexing system.

However, if you still feel you need an adjuster, I use these inline adjusters on my road bike:

Sorry for the post - I just figured it out. I didn't realize the knurled bit where the cable enters the shifter screws out and can be relaced with the adjusters from the rapidfires.

Thanks dr_lha .
