Keep in mind it is very unusual to have 90/90 days where both highs occur at the same time. Almost unheard of. The high humidity occurs in the morning when the temperature is lower, and the high temperature occurs in the afternoon and drives down the relative humidity. Not that 90 deg F with 70% relative humidity is fun, but it isn't quite what you are suggesting.
