The build is all Campagnolo, '74 date codes on derailleur and crank. TTT bars and stem, Nisi tubulars, and a Unicanitor padded saddle.
Anybody know if old style Presta valve stems can be repaired, or removed? I don't see how they can be removed. I know the newer ones can. Hate to see a good set of tires go to waste.
Not clear on the presta issue, but I am guessing they are damaged and/or unusable. Best bet is to send the tires to TireAlert for new tubes. I see prices have now gone up to $30 for basic tube replacement, but that does include return shipping.
Correction. Two would be $25 each.
