You spend more time on maintenance and additives for your joints than you do for your car.

You know terms like greater tuberosity and anterior tibialis and you know how they are repaired or stretches to alleviate tightness.

You don't overdue it because you know how long it will take to come back from an overuse injury.

You know that "Old" comes in three stages, frisky, frail and fragile, and you are doing everything you can to stay in the frisky stage for as long as you can.
