On yesterday's LBS ride and not put out at all. Our group for the most part are 40's to 70's+. Myself.....41 years older, Big T.......44 years older, Spinning Richard..........49 years older.

She was a joy to have around for the month the family vacationed here so we were punished every ride and that was great!!!! Moving average of 23.1mph for 37.5 miles yesterday.
