The second two are a little bit large. You can try them. I ride a bike that many BF forums would say is way too large for me. 60cm (I think), for 5'10". But, if you're finding bikes that are the right size, and not growing, then there is no reason to get one that is too big.

Schwinn Super Le Tour 12.2 - $275 (Decatur), is probably the nicest out of that batch.
You won't find a really expensive bicycle for $200... or you won't without a lot of looking, and some really good luck. But that isn't a bad bike for your price range.
The red & black bike would be ok, just 5-10 pounds heavier, and a little clunkier. Still fine for its niche.

Everyone's dream bicycle was outfitted with all Campagnolo Nuovo Record components.
Of course, that was few decades ago. You'd do well changing to clincher wheels/tires for general use.
But, it would still be a nice bike.
