So wow, I discovered that I can NOT calorie count and not ride a bike at the same time. I went crazy for one week and managed to maintain my weight, but I told myself I would start counting again Monday. Well, I've been counting them and going crazy on lunch (I was really hungry) nearly wiped out the whole day.
This sucks. We'll see if I can get away with a single PB&J for dinner.
No form of exercise makes me as hungry as cycling. Way in excess of the actual calorie balance.
