Just the other day the idea popped into my head about how nice it would be if I could buy a wireless remote switch/app for my smart phone. I really only need something that would turn the screen on/off but something with a button for answering the phone would be nice too.

When I use my phone on my bike ( for navigation ) the phone is mounted into a protective plastic sleeve that is attached to the bikes stem. This works well for me for seeing a map but the only problem I have is trying to turn the screen on or off while riding down the road. Very awkward I must say trying to press a button on the side of a phone while mounted inside a plastic sleeve. A wireless remote mounted "anywhere" on the bike would make this sooooo much easier and of course a lot safer. Anyone else think this is a good idea? I have a wireless remote helmet lamp, why not a wireless remote phone?

I did a quick search before posting this but perhaps such a system already exist.(?) If it does someone please give me a link so I can buy one.
