it's time to build up a new SS build and I'm looking into buying just the frame - I have 2/3rds of the parts I need from earlier builds so I'm not looking to buy a complete bike. I've been considering my options (weight is important to me). I wasn't initially considering a purefix as I've heard they're not awesome - but they having a sale with the framesets for $99. Does anyone have any thoughts on pure fix frames? Sales rep tells me:"The frame and fork weigh in around 9lbs. A fully built 50cm bike comes in at 22lbs".
