I'd call it lime green. I like the look, I used it as an accent color for my Dark Dirty Blue crosscheck for a few years, but I had trouble finding (cheap) bartape and housing that were remotely the same shade.

About a year ago I switched it over to red, it looks ok too, but is not as arresting.
