I ride FRAP wherever ...on highways. freeways, busy streets. I'll also ride many miles on fringe downtown sidewalks, left or right side, if I don't feel like going fast or maybe it's into the wind or raining. Just watch riding in front of cars looking the other way.

Helmets and hi viz are a complete farce.
