if it's relatively flat than 11-25 should be fine or even 11-23 or 12-23 if you can find it. The tighter the spread in gears on your cassette the smoother your shifting will be. It's best to avoid big jumps between cogs. Where I live there are big hills and mountains so I wouldn't survive without 50/34 and at least a 28 t in the back
