Just ride the damn thing. Is it comfortable? Keep riding it the way it is. If it's not comfortable make changes based on your needs, not what the internet says looks cool.
I pinched a nerve in my hand doing something completely different and noticed it's starting to go numb now on rides (ring and pinkie finger go numb and stay numb hours after the ride). If I max out the height of my jaguar stem, it takes a little pressure off my hands and I notice the difference immediately but I would like to go a little higher...hence a more flatter stem to begin with.

If I only cared about looks, I would keep the Jaguar...the Cinelli 2A and Jaguar are two of the best looking quill stems.
