Agree that there might be some Tobacco product collectors who would add it to their collection? Just depends on how difficult it becomes for them to find one.
Look at products like Winchester...the older rifles and memorabilia are quite sought after.

Any idea where you could find out the total number of them that were produced? That would tell you something.

$25 is a heck of deal, no matter what, its probably worth that in scrap metal.
