Hello McIver,
Welcome to the forum and thank you for sharing this interesting bicycle.
Have never before seen a Mondia kitted quite like this one.
Tubing set is likely Reynolds 531C eleven tubes.
Chainset is not Durace but rather Sugino Maxy.
Tip: appears someone has pressed into service a 5V rear quick release skewer in a 6V rear hub. There is not full thread engagement on the skewer's nut. This could lead to rear wheel shifting under heavy pedaling loads. If you purchase the bicycle it would be good to replace this first thing.
The cycle's wheels are not only unmatched in terms of brand and appearance but employ different types of tyres. The front wheel looks to take a tubular/"sewup" tyre while the rear wheel takes a wired-on/"clincher" tyre. This is an awkward arrangement in practice as it is necessary to carry the means of dealing with a puncture in both types of tyres. If you purchase the bicycle you might wish to consider changing one of the wheels so that they both take the same sort of rubber...
Will let others more knowledgeable make appraisal(s).
