The frame appears it may be the "Super" model.

Nearly all the Mondia bicycles we see in the U.S. are this model.

Have never before seen one with the lugs and crown we have here.

Most of our examples are Nervex Professional lugs & crown.

This model is noted for its longish rear triangle. It has a relatively long wheelbase for a first quality road machine. The design has its dedicated adherents.

Doubt that any of the fittings she currently wears are original to her. About the only possibility is the brake levers.

On the quick release skewer, if you have a local source for small parts you may be able to purchase a 6V shaft separately so that a complete skewer is unnecessary. Check the opening of the dropouts. When bicycle left the factory it would have been 120mm. The rear hub width is probably 125mm or 126mm. The person who assembled the bike may have just pried the dropouts open to get the wheel in without doing a cold setting.
