Here's one I'm gunna do;
A unique event on Sydney cycling calendar is the inaugural BikeSydney Summer Solstice Ride on the night of 20/21 December . We meet at 1.00am (early Wednesday) at Martin Place Cenotaph. Ride thru deserted streets in dead of night! Cross the Bridge and make our way to North Head for spectacular sunrise at 4.41am (the summer solstice). Breakfast at Shelley Beach, a ferry back into town
